What format are the images in?
All the Artmarket Gallery photos are in JPG format.
Do you add artwork on a regular basis?
Yes. We add images as they are submitted. Click on "Newest Images" to see the latest art that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds on purchase?
Images
that can be downloaded from the Store, such as photos or videos,
are available for immediate customer purchase and delivery through our
system. Their are no refunds for these purchases because they cannot be returned.
Customer's
wanting to buy fine artwork that require shipment, such as paintings,
sculpture and prints, will be provided a contact form so they may
contact the creator/owner of the artwork directly. Any transaction is solely between you and the creator/owner of the artwork. VisualVia.net and Access Arts, Inc. does not represent the artist (nor the customer) and is not involved in any way. So policies regarding refunds should be made of the artist at time of your pre-sale inquiry and arrangements.
I bought an image, but it I'm not able to
download, what do I do?
Upon purchase of digital images, such will be made available for download following
a quick review of the order and successful credit card processing. Consequently, you may not receive download
information immediately. You should
get download information in your email soon thereafter. If you have made a
purchase and did not receive your download information in your email, or you are not able to access the images following 24 hours, please contact support. If I subscribe are there any other fees I
will encounter?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access on our site at no
extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to
others. Individual accounts must be set-up by your friends and colleagues. Can I submit art to exhibit and sell?
